"There were times I had to close my laptop because the tears were just streaming down my cheeks," Davids admits. The most valuable lesson Davids has learned is the importance of hard work and humility. "Hard work pays off. Humbleness is appreciated by those not in the industry. I've seen artists who refuse to take pictures or give autographs. That sort of behaviour will come back to bite you."
